An article dedicated to the subject of ancient Egyptian wine-making: "There is a wall painting of workers fanning amphoras in a sandbox. Evaporative cooling of the water in the moist sand would cause refrigeration of the wine, and cool fermentation enhances the fruity flavors in the wine. Thus, the Egyptians invented a refrigerator". I work for a wine and lifestyle magazine in Japan and have written a short article on winemaking in Ancient Egypt.
I am having a lot of trouble finding pictures of ancient Egyptian winemaking tomb murals to illustrate the article.
I have seen several pictures on websites but I do not know where I can find out about copyright details, etc.
