South Florida's Sun Sentinel website on the subject of the Golden Age of Pharaohs: "The museum has already sold almost 300,000 tickets for the multimedia exhibition, with one-third of them purchased from out of state. "We have them coming from Hawaii, Alaska, Tennessee, the Northeast corridor. We have folks coming for spring break from Wisconsin. It just runs throughout the entire country," says Lynne Mandeville, director of community affairs for the museum. All eight of the Egyptian-themed lectures scheduled to accompany Tut are sold out, and Mandeville adds that the museum's office phones have not quieted since the exhibit was announced."
