Thank you for the photo of Sekhmet! Recently I noticed that often, these statues' whiskers are carved in a daisy-petal pattern. The same whisker pattern is on Amenhotep III's Soleb lions. I wonder if this is peculiar to his reign, or a particular master craftsman or workshop?
