Women's Letters from Ancient Egypt, 300 BC-AD 800. eds. Roger S. Bagnall, Raffaella Cribiore, with contributions by Evie Ahtaridis (Ann Arbor 2008, 2006). Lots of really cool stuff in it. The letters on ostraca are particular striking.

I've re-read your comment and checked the website.
The book is available online for the next couple of weeks, but you can only read it online - you can't download it.
You can click on any of the links in the table of contents to read those pages. You cannot download the book because they only want to make it available for a short period. If they made it available for download this would presumably defeat the object because then there would be no incentive for potential purchasers to actually buy the book.
It seems like a good compromise. The publisher gives a period of access to the book so that potential buyers can see if it is of interest to them but then have to buy it if they want to have a copy of their own after the cut-off date.
I hope that that answers the question. It does all appear to be working well.
