Polish archeologists on a mission in Egypt

Polskieradio

A group of Polish archeologists and architects is going on another mission to Egypt. Seven scientists are flying to the locality of Marina El-Alamein where they are to conduct digs and conservatory works. The head of the mission is professor Stanislaw Medeksza from the Wroclaw Technical University.

While in Egypt the archeologists will try to unearth fragments of an ancient city and will work on the devastated Roman baths there in order to make them available to tourists.

Polish acheologists have conducted excavation works in the Mediterranean for 15 years. Their current mission will wrap up on May 31.

If anyone has any further details about this please let me know.
