The Cincinnati Museum Center is scheduled to announce Thursday that a new touring exhibition called Cleopatra: The Search for the Last Queen of Egypt will open Feb. 18 in the center's 15,000-square-foot special exhibition space.
The exhibition, which premiered at Philadelphia's Franklin Institute in June, uses 150 artifacts and multimedia displays to tell the story of the legendary ruler and the ongoing search for more clues about her life and death.
So far, the Cincinnati Museum Center is the only Midwestern stop on the exhibition's tour of five North American cities. The future stops have not been announced.
