Hi Andie
Awesome picture and I don't see any alien helicopters? I am half way through an article on the less than mysterious Abydos inscription and this picture is an interesting comparison piece.
I have bookmarked it.

No, Tim - not a helicopter in sight! There was a lot of Ptolemaic work at the site which replaced the original Middle Kingdom building and decoration, of which I assume this is an example.
